Description: Tenant improvements at level 20 roof deck on downtown Seattle office building. Scope included installation of elevated pedestal-set interlocking wind uplift resistant concrete paver walkway and deck systems, and adjoining elevated pedestal-set synthetic pet turf system with surface and sub-surface automatic irrigation wash-water systems. Also included in scope was installation of elevated pedestal-set fall restraint cable tray and cover system installed around entire roof deck perimeter.
