Who we are

Pacific Earth Works, Inc. is an awarding winning, full service landscape contracting firm that specializes in “select bid” and “referral” commercial and high-end residential landscape projects. Nearly three decades of experience, a proven track record, and the fact that we stand behind our word and our workmanship, has resulted in numerous satisfied clients and owners. You will find that our experience, our honesty, and our “team player” approach differentiate us, Pacific Earth Works, from any other landscape contractor. We also strive to show appreciation for those that work within our firm, along with the subcontractors, landscape architects, and consultants that are associated with us.

What we do

Commercial and high-end residential landscaping, irrigation and drainage, wetland mitigation, park/recreational site construction, athletic field development and green roofs. We are a construction firm and we do not do landscape design work.

Awards and affiliations

Pacific Earth Works, Inc. is a competent and professional firm that has continually turned out high quality construction projects for 30 years -- we won our first state landscape award back in 1983. Within the past eight years we have been awarded 23 state landscape awards in various areas of construction, which include: high-end residential, public works, wetland mitigation, and residential landscape maintenance (please see our Awards page for more information). We are currently a member of the Washington Association of Landscape Professionals and Master Builders Association. We have also been affiliated with the American Society of Landscape Architects at the local and national levels. We have worked with most all of the landscape architecture firms in this region, many of whom are selective on the type of work they will consider. Pacific Earth Works understands the importance of constructing each project with the landscape architect’s intentions in mind, while simultaneously meeting the needs of property owners.

Geri has over 31 years experience in residential and commercial construction, land development, and real estate investment. She is in charge of the financial end of the business, insurance concerns, and overall planning.

Geri earned her degree from Washington State University. She worked on her masters program at Portland State University.

Jay has over 31 years experience in residential and commercial construction and land development. He oversees field and job coordination, quality control, estimating and personnel.

Jay earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho and worked on his masters at Portland State University.

EllRoy has complete field coordination and management responsibility. He is responsible for quality control and is our equipment manager. EllRoy has over 32 years commercial & residential construction experience and has been with us since 1986! EllRoy is all about high quality construction.

Mike Brandvold, Estimator/Project Manager

Mike has been with Pacific Earth Works, Inc. for 18 years. He has worked in the field as a foreman, and has been working as an estimator/project manager for the past 9 years.

Mike is a graduate of Edmonds Community College. He is trained in horticulture and has 28 years experience in all aspects of commercial and residential landscape construction, irrigation, maintenance and wetland mitigation.

Aaron joined Pacific Earth Works again after working with us early in his career. He has 17 years experience in commercial and residential landscape construction as well as athletic field complex construction. Aaron received his B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University. He is committed to providing the very best service to our clients and landscape architects.
