Capital Hill Residence

Bright, open, complete landscape renovation at residence atop Capitol Hill.
This project included demo of the exiting landscape and installation of new concrete sidewalks, City of Seattle Street trees, retaining walls, mortar and sand set granite paver entry and driveway, unique birch grove, pathways, bocce court, water feature, new irrigation and low voltage lighting, plants, and a dog fence.
